About Alex

Alexander F. L. van Grondelle was born in the UK; his father was born in the Dutch East Indies, and his mother is English. Travel was part of his upbringing, having lived for 8 years in Bahrain, and visiting many countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the USA. After meeting his German born wife, they decided to move to Florida in 1996.

Prior to working as a mortgage consultant in the UK, Alex worked in hotel management and put this to use within the travel industry in Florida. During this time he obtained his license to help his Real Estate endeavors. Having bought his first rental property at age 21 in England, Alexander now owns a number of properties in Florida, and Georgia. Friends and colleagues would ask him to help them do the same, and this lead to a career as a Realtor, and ultimately a Real Estate Broker.

Through his many contacts worldwide, Alex & his team now assist clients in either selling or purchasing properties anywhere in the world. Helping clients personally to relocate, or purchase a primary, second or vacation home here in Florida.
